Day 1: Departure from Kuala Lumpur (KUL) to Madinah / Jeddah
Gathering at KLIA: Meet the Irkaz Travel Tour Leader and Mutawwif at KLIA Terminal 1 for briefing, luggage tagging, and boarding pass collection.
Flight to Saudi Arabia: Direct or transit flight to Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Airport (Madinah) or King Abdulaziz International Airport (Jeddah).
Arrival & Transfer: Meet the local representative, clear immigration, and transfer via air-conditioned coach to the hotel in Madinah.
Hotel Check-in: Check in to the hotel (e.g., Emaar Royal Inn / 4–5 Star Hotel within 150m of Masjid an-Nabawi).
Orientated Ziyarah: Evening walk with the Mutawwif to familiarize pilgrims with the courtyard of Masjid an-Nabawi and the entrances for men and women.
